    Ashley brings over seven years experience in professional and management search assignments to her role at Legacy Bowes Group. She has assisted organizations in a variety of industries including: production, manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, and finance and accounting.

    Prior to joining the Legacy Bowes Group, Ashley worked with two national professional search and consulting firms. Indulging in her entrepreneurial nature, she served most recently in the capacity of account executive where she conducted research, candidate sourcing, on-boarding and orientation as well as coaching, performance evaluation, and training and development.

    Currently, Ashley supports the executive search team assisting in research and proposal preparation. She also works in recruitment.

    “I take pleasure in being able to deal with such a variety of people and organizations,” says Ashley. “I have learned so much from these interactions and I enjoy being able to help people find the right jobs.”

    Ashley has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree, from the University of Manitoba with majors in marketing and entrepreneurship.

    In her spare time, Ashley enjoys practicing her swings on the golf course.

    Paul Croteau, managing partner, is known as one of Manitoba's leading executive search professionals. Some of his clients include prestigious organizations such as the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba Blue Cross, Manitoba Teachers' Retirement Allowance Fund, Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company, CanWest Global Communications Corp., the Canadian Wheat Board, the Asper, Jewish and Winnipeg Foundations, Rice Financial, MGI Securities Inc., HED Insurance and Risk Services, Canadian Association of Agri-Retailers, Wildcat Exploration Ltd., The University of Winnipeg Foundation and Kraus Global Inc.

    Paul is a certified Coach Practitioner as recognized by the Certified Coaches Federation. He is also a member of the International Retained Search Associates.

    An experienced general manager and human resource practitioner, Donna has worked for public and private sector organizations throughout her career. Donna's practice has focused on all aspects of human resources playing a key role in recruiting, training, employee development in union and non union environments. Donna is a dedicated, people oriented leader with proven organizational, coordination and presentation skills. She has effectively managed teams through drastic changes in corporate culture while ensuring focus was on customer service and team work. She designed and developed a creative recruitment strategy by developing positive partnerships.

    Donna's experience also includes direct responsibility for managing a large staff, including; recruitment, employee development, negotiations, creating job descriptions, developing policy and creative recruitment and retention strategies.
