Lisa Cefali, an Asper School Grad with a major in Marketing and Business Administration, is a dynamic multi-lingual executive with 26 years of progressively responsible senior leadership experience in a variety of industry sectors including digital marketing and social media, e-business, telecommunications, information technology and project management, agriculture, national apparel retail and not-for-profit organizations. Lisa has held leadership roles include that of President/CEO, Director, Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing along with her current role as Vice President Executive Search and the future incumbent to Paul Croteau in leading the Executive Search Practise at the Legacy Bowes Group.
In addition to corporate leadership, Lisa has lent her expertise to organizations as a past -board member of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, a past co-chair for the golf tournament for the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, past gala committee member for the Canadian Cancer Society, team manager for the 2015 Manitoba Freestyle Ski Team at the Canada Winter Games, a current board member for the Variety Club of Manitoba and a member of the recruitment committee for The Associates. In addition, Lisa has significant expertise in securing, developing and sustaining key partnerships and alliance stakeholders - having played an integral role in spearheading the creation of the Manitoba Business Hall of Fame and most recently the recruitment and development of the NewLeaf Travel organization – the ultra-low cost carrier, headquartered in Winnipeg.
Lisa’s strong leadership in her executive, strategic marketing and competitive intelligence roles have enabled her to quickly understand the needs of an organization and to assist in strategy development, recruitment, on-boarding and developing coaching highly successful, multifunctional, national teams of professionals. Finally, through her direct, yet, pragmatic and thoughtful communication style, Lisa excels at building strong B2B business relationships to create beneficial partnerships and in mentoring, young professionals navigate the working environment to assist them in achieving their career aspirations. Through her current role, Lisa writes a monthly blog entitled ‘Organizational Insights’ and a monthly byline in the Smart Biz publication, entitled ‘Good Work.’ Her volunteer work is a regular part of her day and is someone who has the energy to extend her talents and gifts in filling her schedule with attending and supporting various causes, simply because it is important work to do.
Lisa has 2 talented, insightful, fun and achievement-oriented sons, Blake (19) and Lucas (17), who are setting their sights on becoming a pilot in the air force and a veterinarian, respectively. Together, they all enjoy travelling and keeping active. With her friends, Lisa is known as an avid golfer and a hostess who loves to share her love of creative cooking and instigating events that are entertaining - bringing people together, often. She skis, runs, cycles and jumps on a plane to explore new places or visit good friends, on a regular basis whenever she can.

His more than 25 years of experience in the recruitment of senior management and executive leadership professionals are the foundation to his solid reputation for developing a deep understanding of his clients’ needs, enabling him to provide exceptional service and successfully meet the complex challenge of matching the right leader to his clients’ business needs.
Paul is a Certified Management Accountant (FCMA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting. Paul has extensive experience in all phases of executive search and has established a solid reputation in the national marketplace. Prior to joining Waterhouse Executive Search Partners, through KPMG and a local independent firm, Paul twice developed the largest and most successful executive search firms in Manitoba providing services to a variety of industries.
Paul has completed numerous executive "C" level and general management searches for a variety of organizations across all disciplines. Bill is a senior executive with a broad range of business experience developed over 30 years in complex, diverse, start up and mature businesses ranging from financial, retail, distribution, and manufacturing in both B to B and B to C environments. The one constant throughout Bill's career is change - managing through corporate cultural change, revenue growth and declining business cycles, and ownership changes, all accompanied by personal growth and development.
Bill has a personal passion for coaching and developing the potential of business leaders both professionally and personally including a focus on attitude development, human behavior and relationships, skills development, and goal setting. The key word is "development" as Bill works with clients through weekly coaching sessions focused on goal setting and accountability. Bill thrives on helping leaders who are challenged by demands on their time, or want to take their business to the next level. Bill holds Bachelor of Commerce and is a proven entrepreneur and creative business thinker with a results oriented focus. His business experience has allowed Bill to develop extensive corporate HR skills that range from business plan creation, strategic thinking, organizational restructuring to coaching and mentoring.
An experienced general manager and human resource practitioner, Donna has worked for public and private sector organizations throughout her career. Donna's practice has focused on all aspects of human resources playing a key role in recruiting, training, employee development in union and non union environments. Donna is a dedicated, people oriented leader with proven organizational, coordination and presentation skills. She has effectively managed teams through drastic changes in corporate culture while ensuring focus was on customer service and team work. She designed and developed a creative recruitment strategy by developing positive partnerships.
Donna's experience also includes direct responsibility for managing a large staff, including; recruitment, employee development, negotiations, creating job descriptions, developing policy and creative recruitment and retention strategies.
