    Wanda holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and is a member of COACH, Canada's Health Informatics Association, CME (Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters) and the Board of Directors for the Knowles Centre in Winnipeg, MB. She is very involved nationally designing, teaching and judging within the Fibre Arts community.

    As a senior consultant in management search for Legacy Bowes Group, Gail brings with her over 25 years of experience in the recruitment, selection, supervision and motivation of sales professionals. Prior to joining Legacy Bowes Group, Gail held several challenging roles such as Senior Search Consultant, as well as Manager, National Sales and Development, Director of Advertising and Senior Account Executive in the highly competitive print and distribution industry.

    Gail’s natural ability to assess and determine the needs of clients enables her to quickly develop trusted relationships that result in numerous successful recruitment and executive search engagements. Her hands-on sales leadership expertise, her skills pertaining to employee development as well as her broad business and social network has earned Gail an enviable reputation for being able to successfully source and identify qualified professionals that result in long term and strong candidate/employer relationships.

    Senior Consultant

    Cindy has many years of solid, varied experience in both the public and private sectors, including owning her own professional sports equipment business. She has worked in recruitment for over 5 years, building exceptional knowledge and experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, as well as many other key industries.

    Cindy has devoted herself to understanding unique organizational cultures and needs, and prides herself in her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. These focuses have helped her develop the instinctive ability to find the right candidate for the right organization, culture and team. 

    Over the years, Cindy has recruited for many positions, including Engineering Manager, General Manager, Plant Manager, Project Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Quality Manager and Distribution Manager.

    Cindy graduated with her Business Administration Diploma (Honours) from Red River Community College and is completing her Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba. Cindy is still involved with RRC as a Continuing Education Instructor and has recently completed a motivational video for the college.

    Cindy is a Director on the Board of The Association for Operations Management (APICS), actively involved in the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association (CME) and is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME). 

    Being an active member of her community is a key focus and passion for Cindy. She was instrumental in building a new skateboard park in Charleswood as a Board Member with the Michael Komenda Memorial Youth Club, and has also served in various capacities, including President, Editor, DNA coordinator and Home/Hospital Coordinator with the Winnipeg Parents of Twins and Triplets Organization.

    Kimberley has over fourteen years experience in progressive process improvement, project management, leadership, training and human resource management.

    Prior to joining Legacy Bowes Group, Kimberley provided complex recruiting and consulting services to a variety of clients in diverse industries including but not limited to government, non-profit, manufacturing, retail, IT, agriculture and financial.  In addition to experience in recruitment, she has held a variety of roles including Manager of Human Resources, Project Manager, Business Analyst and HR compensation analyst.

    Her strong background in a wide variety of roles, in addition to her training in Business Analysis, has greatly enabled Kimberley to truly understand the depth of her clients' business and recruitment needs.  She takes great pride in her ability to understand and translate the requirements of her clients to highly engaged candidates.  Kimberley’s natural intuitive and inquisitive approach to candidate assessment allows her to successfully identify the best candidates and create long lasting tenure between her clients and their employees. These approaches have resulted in numerous successful recruitment and search engagements.
