    Senior Human Resources Consultant

    Charlene has developed an enviable reputation for her genuine talent in cultivating a natural connection and rapport with her clients which promotes the successful building of long term business relationships. She has the innate ability to identify areas of dysfunction or challenge within an organization and leads in the collaboration and implementation of HR strategies to build resolution to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

    Charlene has 15 years human resources and project management practice.  This has awarded her with leadership experience in specialty areas such as: HR strategy development, complex job evaluation processes, organizational and compensation reviews, competency analysis, career transition/outplacement, career coaching, professional resume development, self assessment activities, effective networking and personal marketing strategy, interviewing coaching and mock interviewing, training and development and the delivery and facilitation of workshops, focus groups and formal presentations.

    She is a Career Transition Member of Career Partners International, a Certified Life Options Retirement Coach and Trainer/Coach of the Results Centered Leadership program. Charlene is also featured as the “Career Guru” of Legacy Bowes Group,  where she provides personal one on one coaching sessions, as well as career coaching and transition workshops.

    Charlene graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminology.  In addition, she has a Certificate in Leadership and has armed herself with a considerable number of technical web and marketing/design programs.

    As an HR Professional, Charlene is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Manitoba (HRMAM) and has played a key role on the HRMAM Conference Program Committee in 2008.  Charlene currently engages in a multitude of volunteer leadership roles on various planning and fundraising committees in support  of awareness building initiatives with various organizations and agencies throughout Manitoba.
