    Bill is a senior executive with a broad range of business experience developed over 30 years in complex, diverse, start up and mature businesses ranging from financial, retail, distribution, and manufacturing in both B to B and B to C environments. The one constant throughout Bill's career is change - managing through corporate cultural change, revenue growth and declining business cycles, and ownership changes, all accompanied by personal growth and development.

    Bill has a personal passion for coaching and developing the potential of business leaders both professionally and personally including a focus on attitude development, human behavior and relationships, skills development, and goal setting. The key word is "development" as Bill works with clients through weekly coaching sessions focused on goal setting and accountability. Bill thrives on helping leaders who are challenged by demands on their time, or want to take their business to the next level. He excels at assisting new leaders to face their new challenges, or assist someone who wants to make a career transition, or simply wants more balance in their life.

    Bill holds Bachelor of Commerce and is a proven entrepreneur and creative business thinker with a results oriented focus. His business experience has allowed Bill to develop extensive corporate HR skills that range from business plan creation, strategic thinking, organizational restructuring to coaching and mentoring.
