    As a senior consultant for Legacy Bowes Group, Amy brings over 15 years combined experience in Office Administration, Sales and Recruitment. She has recruited and placed top talent in both junior and senior level executive positions in: Administration, Legal, Human Resources, Accounting and Sales & Marketing within the construction, manufacturing, transportation, financial, agriculture, automotive, legal, healthcare and retail industries. Her success has been attributed to maintaining and building upon all of the client and candidate relationships she has created over the years and her keen focus on improving her clients' efficiencies so they can be more profitable and poised for future growth.

    Amy takes the time to really understand the clients and has the passion to help her clients run a competitive, smooth and efficient operation by providing them with the right fit.

    Before joining Legacy Bowes, Amy held various different roles as Director of Sales and Marketing with an international award winning video production company, Membership Sales Coordinator with The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and Career Coordinator with the District Learning Centre, aiding individuals in their job search, resume writing & career development.

    Amy has always been actively involved in the Winnipeg business community and building strong relationships. Her dedication, commitment and drive to help others has been key to her many successes over the years. Her passion for relationship building provides Amy with a competitive edge in understanding and meeting the needs of her clients. Her ability to connect with clients is a true gift and her charm and personality a major asset. Amy’s resilient and persistent business savvy allows her to maintain a vast network of professionals from many different mediums. She is very active with The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and various other networking organizations.

    She started her business education at University of Manitoba where she majored in Geography with a minor in Psychology and later obtained her Business Management at Red River College.
