This is the best book I have read on social networking to build your business. It is chock full of ideas and real examples. The author’s whole premise is that social networking has turned the idea of marketing upside down. She suggests that instead of sending out marketing messages via the numerous channels now available on the internet, businesses now have to actually make contact and engage customers in an online dialogue through blogs and twitter. You will need to keep this book handy and reread it several times as it is packed full of examples and ideas. |
