In the magazine's feature article, Brad discusses LBG's role in supporting him as the Local Lead and how together they launched a Winnipeg chapter of Pride at Work Canada, the only national organization devoted to fostering more inclusive workplaces for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans-identified (LGBT) individuals.
